- Biosani does not store card data or banking credentials.

7. Delivery, Returns and Cancellations Policy
7.1. Deliveries, Deadlines and Conditions
7.1.1. Carrier Used
Biosani ships its orders through DHL Express Portugal, an entity internationally recognised for its reliability, traceability, and compliance with operational and customs requirements applicable to the transport of goods.
7.1.2. Delivery Deadlines
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, the type of service contracted, and the operational availability of the carrier.
- National shipments (Portugal): 1 to 2 business days.
- International shipments: variable deadlines depending on the destination country, ranging from 2 to 7 business days.
The indicated deadlines are estimates provided by the carrier and may change due to operational, customs (when applicable), weather-related or other external factors beyond Biosani’s control.
7.1.3. Shipping Conditions
Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation and document validation, when applicable. Biosani ensures that all products are properly packaged, following good packaging practices and the minimum safety requirements defined by DHL. The carrier may refuse shipment if the packaging does not meet mandatory operational requirements.
7.1.4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- the gross weight of the order,
- the dimensions of the packaging,
- the destination country,
- and the type of service selected (standard or express).
The shipping cost will be presented to the customer before order confirmation. Any additional fees applicable at destination (customs duties, local VAT, administrative fees, inspections or storage) are the responsibility of the recipient, unless the DHL Duty Tax Paid (DTP/DDP) service is contracted beforehand, when available.
7.1.5. Tracking
After dispatch, the customer receives a tracking number that allows monitoring the delivery status through DHL’s official platform.
7.1.6. Delays or Delivery Impediments
Biosani is not responsible for delays resulting from:
- customs procedures,
- lack of documentation from the recipient,
- weather events,
- strikes,
- or other circumstances beyond its control.
In case of return due to impossibility of delivery, additional costs may be applied by the carrier.
7.1.7. Goods Inspection
The customer must check the integrity of the packaging upon receipt. Any visible damage must be immediately reported to the carrier and Biosani, with photographic evidence attached.
7.2. Returns and Cancellations
Applicable when products or services are sold:
The user has 14 days to exercise the right of free termination (Decree-Law No. 24/2014, Article 10).
- Personalised, perishable or specific agricultural-use products may not be eligible for return.
- Cancellations must be requested in writing.
- Biosani responds within a maximum of 10 business days.
For international operations, additional rules may apply.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content — texts, images, logos, trademarks, technical documents, graphics and software — is owned by Biosani or licensed third parties. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior authorization is prohibited.
